About me
I’m a Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC) registered Art Psychotherapist, EMDR therapist, and clinical supervisor. I offer personalised and compassionate therapy for children, young people, adults, and trainee therapists.
My journey into this work began with a personal experience, using art to express feelings I couldn’t yet put into words. That insight sparked my interest in the healing potential of creative therapies and led me to train professionally. Over time, my passion deepened into the neuroscience of trauma - how our minds and bodies hold on to painful experiences, and how, with the right support, those experiences can be processed and integrated.
I work in a nurturing, integrative, and non-judgemental way, tailoring each session to the needs of the person or family I’m supporting. Whether we work through images, conversation, or shared reflection, my aim is to create a safe space where you feel seen, understood, and supported.
Alongside my private practice, I serve as the Clinical Arts Psychotherapies Lead within the NHS. I also supervise clinicians and trainees and am committed to trauma-informed care, reflective practice, and lifelong learning.

This training allows me to work flexibly and sensitively with a wide range of client needs, from attachment disruptions and trauma to anxiety, self-esteem, neurodiversity, and emotional dysregulation.
Clients often come to me feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to move forward. It’s a privilege to witness their transformation, whether it’s finding confidence, letting go of shame, building trust, or simply feeling more at ease in themselves.
Whether you’re seeking short-term support or longer-term therapeutic exploration, I’m here to walk alongside you with care and curiosity.
