Trauma Therapy Intensives: Coming soon

Trauma Therapy Intensives offer extended time to gently explore, process, and move through the emotional impact of trauma, without the rush of a standard 50-minute session.

Whether you’re living with complex trauma, early attachment wounds, or a recent life event, these sessions create space for safety, regulation, and meaningful change.

Using a blend of evidence-based approaches such as EMDR, art therapy, and somatic awareness, each intensive is tailored to your pace and needs.

Ideal for those feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or looking to accelerate healing in a safe and supportive way.

EMDR intensives

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) Intensives offer a more immersive alternative to weekly therapy. These extended sessions allow space to move through trauma at your own pace, without the stop-start of traditional hour-long appointments.

Whether you’re dealing with a single incident, complex trauma, or a recurring emotional pattern, EMDR intensives create space for meaningful, accelerated progress.

What to Expect:

Extended EMDR reprocessing sessions (3 hours)

Nervous system grounding and closure

Optional pre- and post-session support calls

Suitable for adults and teens with a foundation of safety and readiness for trauma work.

Available online only (currently).

EMDR & Art Psychotherapy

These unique intensives combine the science of EMDR with the healing power of art therapy. This dual approach supports both trauma processing and emotional integration, especially when experiences are preverbal, hard to explain, or stored in the body.

Working creatively before and after EMDR helps prepare the mind and nervous system for deep work, and offers a gentle, expressive way to integrate what arises.

What to Expect:

Art-making to support regulation and meaning-making

EMDR reprocessing (90.- 120 mins)

Reflection through imagery, metaphor, and creativity

Optional pre-session preparation and post-session integration tools

No art skills needed - just curiosity and openness.

Available online only (currently).
